The Pryme BT-531 allows you to use bluetooth headsets with Kenwood NX-P500 series two way radios.  The Pryme BT-531 screws into the accessory port of the Kenwood NX-P500 and can be velcroed to the radio for convenience.  You'll use the prominent push to talk button on the Pryme BT-531 when connected to a bluetooth headset.
