Do you sell Bluetooth Headsets to work with the Pryme BT-500-H3 Bluetooth Adapter?  Yes, we have several options including a Wireless Speaker Mic.  Please check out the Pryme BTH-300 and the optional headsets offered with it.  

Can I use my existing Bluetooth Headset with the Pryme BT-500-H3 Bluetooth Adapter?  Yes, the Pryme BT-500-H3 Bluetooth Adapter works with most Bluetooth Headsets on the Market. 

Who do I call if I can't pair my Pryme BT-500-H3 Bluetooth Adapter to my Bluetooth Headset?  Start with us, we are available 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST at 855-770-7194.  

Will this connect to my hearing aids?  Pryme Bluetooth Dongles connect to hearing aids supporting the Bluetooth HSP (headset) profile.  Bluetooth Dongles will NOT work with "streamer" style hearings aids that use the A2DP (streaming audio) profile.  Contact your hearing aid manufacturer to find out which profiles are supported by your specific device.  NOTE that some streamer hearing aids offer an optional Phone Clip addon which will allow them to work with HSP devices.  Your Audiologist can tell you if such a device is available for your hearing aid. We do not guarantee compatibility and do not offer troubleshooting because of the number of variables we can’t control.
