Motorola RMM2050 to Motorola RDM2070d Compatibility

The Motorola RMM2050 is a 2 Watt 5 Channel MURS Two Way Radio with a channel selector knob.  The Motorola RDM2070d is a 2 Watt 7 Channel MURS Two Way Radio with a digital display showing channel numbers.  Most Walmart & Sam's locations use one of the 7 channels.  Both of these models are preprogrammed with the same frequencies.  They are not in the same locations on the frequency table.  The differences are:

• Frequency 1 on the Motorola RMM2050 is the same as Frequency 3 on the Motorola RDM2070d.
• Frequency 2 on the Motorola RMM2050 is the same as Frequency 4 on the Motorola RDM2070d.
• Frequency 3 on the Motorola RMM2050 is the same as Frequency 7 on the Motorola RDM2070d.
