The Motorola PMMN4125 Shoulder Microphone is designed for Motorola SL300 & Motorola TLK100 series two way radios.  Motorola PMMN4125 speaker mics are IP67 rated waterproof for wearing in tough environments.  The Motorola PMMN4125 has an integrated 22 hour battery and features Motorola Windport technology for audio quality.  A 3.5 mm audio jack in built into the Motorola PMMN4125 so headsets can be worn for discreet communication.
