The Motorola CB200-U Wireless Indoor UHF Call Box is an excellent addition to improve the effectiveness of your two way radios by allowing customers, patients, or guests the ability to instantly request assistance with Staff should the need occur.  When the assistance button is activated on the Motorola CB200-U, Associates will receive a message alerting them to the Call Box needing attention.  Customers receive an audible message stating help is on the way.  The unit also has a flashing light offering visual proof that help has been alerted.  The Motorola CB200-U is completely wireless and is powered by six AA Batteries, purchased separately.  Motorola CB200-U Call Boxes can be instantly placed into service using standard pre-programmed messages or each call box can easily be programmed with a customized message.

We have a pole barn where product is stored for customer pick up?  Can the Motorola CB200-U Wireless Indoor Call Box be used in this area?  The Motorola CB200-U is not rated for outdoor use.  We do commonly see it used under covered shelters however.  Water damage is not covered under the warranty.
