ICOM SAT100 Iridium Satellite Radio Monthly Service Charges

There are currently two service plans available for the ICOM SAT100 Iridum Satellite Radio.  A 3 three month service agreement is $116 per month with a $50 per device connection charge and a $225.00 early termination fee.  A 12 month service agreement is $74 per month with a $50 per device connection charge and a $450 early termination fee.

Can I talk to anyone with an ICOM SAT100 Satellite Radio?  No, you can only talk to other users in your network. 

Does the ICOM SAT100 Satellite Radio work anywhere in the World?  Yes, so long as you have line of site connectivity to the satellites.  Satellite radios don't work great in bunkers.
