We Educate .... You Decide if the Hytera MD782i-BS Base Station is the Right Two Way Radio For You!
What is the purpose of a Base Station? Base Stations are typically used when one User uses a walkie talkie consistently in one place. Security Offices, Dispatch Centers, Receiving Desks, and Central Offices are common locations where we see base stations in use.
Why is the Hytera MD782i-BS more expensive than a hand held walkie talkie? There are multiple components to the MD782i-BS including a walkie talkie, the mic, a cabinet, and a regulated power supply. These components work together to create a durable and nice looking base station that will last for years.
Why so many talk channels? The MD782i-BS Base Station is a digital two way radio with the ability of doing both group and individual transmissions. We've given you plenty of channels to meet your needs.
Why does the Hytera MD782i-BS have variable wattage from 5 to 50 Watts? Churches need less wattage than a million square foot distribution center so we are able to regulate the wattage based on customer needs.
